Kevin is proud to be a partner in his family’s third-generation printing business, continuing the practice of providing quality print work at the right price in the required turnaround time. Having received a degree in Printing Management and Sciences from Rochester Institute of Technology, Kevin is familiar with all aspects of the graphic arts industry and is specifically known for his attention to detail. He brings a keen sense of business accounting and personnel administration to help manage the qualified staff of 50 at Royal Printing Service.

Chris is proud to be the first fourth-generation member of the Passante family to join Royal Printing Service. A 2021 graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Chris has spent many summers and school vacations working at Royal to learn every facet of the business. Chris will bring new energy and opinions to Royal Printing. He now looks forward to carrying his grandfather’s and father’s visions into the 21st century.

Ed has over 40 years of Pre-Press experience in the Printing Industry, the last 20 years at Royal Printing. He oversees all aspects of Pre-Press including imposition, layout, trapping, register, color calibration and quality control. Ed previously owned J & J Camera in Elizabeth, before joining the management team at Royal. His expertise includes web and sheet fed printing, silk screening, presentation materials, prototypes, printing on steel drums, banners and window signs. He performs well under tight schedules, and makes sure deadlines are met.

CAGGIANO
Dru joined Royal Printing Service in September of 2004. He hit the ground running and has not stopped since. Dru’s prior employment experience as a color matcher for an ink manufacturing facility brought an outstanding eye for color to Royal. He also previously worked as a print and bindery manager for a commercial printer and in a Print Broker environment specializing in Point of Purchase displays allowing him to experience and observe the operations of many print facilities adding to his ability to navigate pressroom and bindery operations. Since joining Royal Printing, Dru has expanded his and the company’s knowledge in mail shop services. He also maintains a list of clients where he serves in a Sales/Service capacity in addition to him being a key contact for logistics.

Joe has over 35 years in the Printing and Graphic Arts industry. He previously owned and operated August Trade Press, Inc. in New York City manufacturing Financial, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Election and Commercial print related Materials. Joe is well versed in all aspects of the industry, including Account Services, Estimating, Project Management and Press Room Production.
